Aikilab Master Class with Corky Quakenbush Sensei
What is “Aikilab”?
The Aikilab teaching system isn’t a new style of Aikido but a particular kind of listening to yourself and the attacker that enables Takemusu Aikido, in the sense of Sunadamori Sensei, Aikido that spontaneously arise from the attack to emerge.
It is useful whatever Aikido practice you have, particulary if you are into Ki Aikido or intention-driven, attack-driven Aikido.
An introduction from Corky Quakenbush:
For more background information, please read those training principles and philosophy.
